We’re familiar with the unique blend of cool delivery and sharp conviction, a rich, balanced and irresistible cry for freedom. 

He sings of the road we each follow alone, ties of love and friendship, the immediacy of the senses, the immense figure of Nelson “Mandiba” Mandela, the need for escape, the irresistible call of the unknown. Alongside his guitar we hear keyboards straight from the 60s, taut and expressive electric guitars, and drums equally reminiscent of Kingston as of Detroit and Memphis. Of course, it has to be Pep's. The voice of “Liberta”, the voice we all raved over, saying it felt like a long-lost friend; the voice of an artist capable of telling us everything essential about our lives in a fleeting episode of sweet, rhythmical music.
