The Toxic Avenger

Behind the name of the famous spoof horror film “The Toxic Avenger” lies one of the most talented French DJs of his generation: Simon Delacroix, a wizard at the decks who enjoys creating today’s hottest remixes. A huge talent, recognised by the Rolling Stones in person: “One of the five most influential electronic artists of the year.” A fitting accolade which pays tribute to the genius of the young Frenchman, who struck out from an early age on vocals and guitar in a selection of punk rock and heavy metal bands before finding his groove in pure, hard electronic rock. He’s the one behind the global soundtrack of “Angst2” for the Nissan Qasquai ad; and he’s also releasing a new album in September whose first single “To the sun” is already available, featuring Tulip – the brother of Guy Manuel Homem Christo of Daft Punk. Pure class… without the helmet!
