BC SWING
BC Swing was founded in 1972 by Mr Georges Christin. Assisted for several years by Mr Busoni, they joined their two initials to give a name to our club. At that time, acrobatic rock and roll was taught in a small room in the centre of Geneva.
The year 1990 was to prove decisive: after two victories at the Swiss Championships (category C and B) and the advent of juniors, BC Swing became a not-for-profit association and moved into premises in Grand-Saconnex.
The aim of these changes was to create the structures needed to achieve the objective of the young committee: to train high-level competitors.
BC Swing is affiliated to the Swiss Rock'n'Roll Confederation (SRRC), itself a member of the World Rock'n'Roll Confederation (WRRC), and the Swiss Olympic Association (AOS).
