Issam & Magalie

Today Issam and Magalie appear together at a great many workshops, evening events and international congresses. 

They base their classes on essentials such as connectivity and musicality and describe Kizomba as “more than a dance, a superb therapy”.

From an early age Issam grew up with Afro-Caribbean, Oriental, Latino and hip-hop rhythms and quickly fell in love with music and dance. 

Now totally absorbed in pairs dancing, he has spent the best part of his time in recent years teaching Salsa and Kizomba; but admits all the same that he has a special affection for African and Caribbean music. This has led him to develop, enrich and share his knowledge of the Kizomba and Semba across Europe... 

He will be accompanied by Magalie, an eclectic dancer taking in classical, ballroom, Afro-Latin and more… 

Magalie discovered the Kizomba by chance at a festival. It was a revelation, and she trained afterwards with Albir Rojas.
