Abdu started out in the Kizomba after meeting Émilie and joining the "Dancar Kizomba Bordeaux" association. 

Émilie, one of the founders of the dkb association in Bordeaux, has danced and lived the Kizomba for three years Raggakiz arose from their encounter and they like mixing their respective influences.They were taught by Albir Rojas. 

In their own words "The aim is not to create a new dance but to allow the Kizomba to develop, and to bring in new movements".
